A certified yoga, Pilates, fitness, rehabilitative exercise instructor and Datura Style teacher, I am passionate about offering clients strategies to help them improve their quality of life through dance technique, exercise, lifestyle design, mindfulness and artistic expression. Whether you’re looking to become more fit, improve your shimmy, decrease joint pain, rehabilitate an injury, learn about mindfulness, improve posture, or be guided through a dance-making process for performance and stage presence, I would love to work with you!

Sessions are typically 55-minutes in length.

Individual lessons available for $60; 4-session and 8-session packages also available

Sessions may be taken live at Yoga Bear Farm or online via Zoom or FaceTime. Please email ashleylopezdance@pm.me to schedule, and please allow for up to three weeks for availability. Regular sessions may include a home practice plan, personal practice log, or additional videos to help monitor progress and bolster results.
