
Summer Fun Fitness
This summer, stay FIT while having FUN. That’s the philosophy of this fitness series. All levels and abilities are welcome! Modifications are always offered to accommodate various joint concerns as well as fitness and flexibility levels.
This course is a sampler platter of fitness. As an instructor with over 22 years experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the pleasure of being certified to teach many formats, including Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, HIIT, Kickboxing, Cardio Dance, Aerobics, and more! We’ll use minimal equipment; most classes won’t require any equipment at all, and for some classes we’ll use bands or dumbbells for resistance. As someone who teaches rehabilitative exercise as well, I pride myself in offering options so anybody can enjoy fitness regardless of personal injury limitations. Every class will be a surprise, every workout will be different, but through it all you’ll enjoy building full-body strength and improving balance and flexibility.
Live classes will meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am for 45 minutes each, from June 9th through July 30th. 8 weeks, 16 classes total, and you’ll have lifetime access to all recordings.
