With these 15 progressive workouts, you’ll master the skills you need to develop good DEEP core engagement (including pelvic floor) which help you to maintain good posture and balance through life, as well as strong and powerful glutes, abdominals and back muscles. These workouts are all-levels and open to anyone, but more advanced options and exercises will be offered as the classes progress.

Your instructor is a certified yoga, Pilates and fitness instructor with over 2 decades experience in the fitness industry, who has toured the world as a dancer and specializes in extreme flexibility, rehabilitative exercise, longevity and prenatal/postpartum exercise. These classes are a blend of modalities with many modification options, giving you a balanced approach that you can tailor to your abilities no matter how new or advanced you may be.
