Enjoy 6 sweaty 45-minute sessions of bellydance technique drills that help you build stamina, strength, cardio-respiratory capacity, and overall ENDURANCE!

These classes will meet LIVE via Zoom on Thursdays at 4:30pm Pacific Time February 5 through March 12.

Recordings are available for lifetime access.

Each class will begin with a brief warmup followed by a sequence of technical drills: isolations of the hips, chest, shoulders, head, and arms as well as traveling steps, layers, and turns. Practice speed, dynamics, sequences and combos. All drills are highly modifiable, so you can make them as challenging as you like! Be prepared to connect meaningfully to your body, and bliss out to movement with music.
