12-Week Flexibility Progression
Splits, Backbends, Arm Balances, Hip & Shoulder Mobility…
This is a series to help you move efficiently towards your personal flexibility goals. All levels and abilities are welcome as all exercises and drills are modifiable.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll follow a progressive flexibility plan that combines mobility prep, active flexibility/strength, and targeted stretching to increase your flexibility safely and efficiently, with joint stability as a primary goal along with greater range of motion. Each week builds on the last with a repeatable structure, small progressions, and goal-focused emphasis areas. This is an ideal training course if you want guidance and accountability to work on a particular goal.
In addition to weekly 75-minute flexibility sessions, you’ll gain access to additional materials to help you clarify your goals, build a personal strategy based on your needs, stay motivated and focused, and to track your progress from week to week.
Classes will be held live for the recordings, Wednesdays 6-7:15pm from January 14 through April 1 via Zoom. A live Zoom link will be provided in the first “lesson” of the series if you would like to join these live trainings. All recordings will be available in the course for lifetime access.
