Beginning Again Fitness

Many of us have had to start over…Sometimes over and over again.

Some of us want to LEVEL UP but need guidance to achieve the next goal.

Whether you’ve experienced injury, surgery, illness, pregnancy, a major life change, burnout, chronic pain, have been stuck on a plateau or simply fallen off the wagon, this program is designed to help you rebuild from the ground up, moving beyond previous boundaries.

This is a 12-week fitness series that progresses with LIVE class options plus lifetime access to recordings and lots of bonus materials.

You’ll get FOUR 30-minute progressive and modifiable workouts per week, LIVE Mondays through Thursdays 10am Pacific July 6-September 24.

The problem with jumping into a fitness routine is that many of us don’t know where to start. Or, we unknowingly skip crucial steps that end up causing issues later. In this series, we’ll take a progressive multi—pronged approach in order to help you avoid or rehabilitate injuries, to help you progress with efficiency, and to empower you to develop the systems you need to make health and fitness a habit for life. Plus, you’ll receive invaluable information on developing the mindset for consistency, motivation and tracking techniques, time management tips, training on nutrition plus delicious recipes, and guidance for navigating challenges along the way.

START WHERE YOU ARE AND MAKE STEADY PROGRESS

The first phase of training will focus on building a powerful core and strengthening stabilizing muscles that will result in better joint stability, injury prevention, improved posture and overall resilience. As the series progresses, you will be taken through a fun variety of fitness formats that help you increase whole body strength, develop muscle mass, improve body composition, increase cardiovascular capacity and generally improve quality of life. By the end of the series, your workouts will focus on maximizing your fitness potential in minimal time. After all, these workouts are only a half-hour of your time!

Learn about time management, developing a productive and positive mindset, how/when/what to track to stay motivated and focused, how to prevent injury or navigate chronic pain/illness, how hormones play a role (and what you can do about hormonal health) and SO MUCH MORE.

Develop Overlooked Skills


No health journey is complete without the application of good nutrition. Learn valuable basic skills and how to apply them to your personal lifestyle, tastes and needs. Delicious recipes included, that highlight quick, easy, healthy meals with whole nutritious foods.

Nutritional Guidance


This course is truly ALL LEVELS. Whether you’re starting for the first time, starting again after many tries, or just trying to level up when you’re already strong and advanced…you’ll be given the tools to progress from wherever you are. This course will help you go deeper starting from wherever wherever you are. Specific troubleshooting is offered, based on my experience working with clients who come from a variety of challenges: injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, chronic illness, hormonal issues, chronic pain, hyper-mobility, hypo-mobility and the list GOES ON. I am packaging my personal experience with these topics to create a course that is accessible and beneficial to a wide range of clients who each have unique needs.
