In this series, we will be focusing on standing balance poses (Y-Scale & Natarajasana), flat splits and backbends. Held at our intimate home studio, class size is limited and personal requests are encouraged! What are you working on!? Get stronger, more flexible and add to your dance vocabulary. If you have them, please bring a yoga mat and two blocks. Some will be provided.
