Flexibility Series at Datura

This series is for EVERY BODY. No matter your level of flexibility or strength, you are welcome to come tackle those goals in a safe and supportive environment. Class will begin with a thorough warm-up based on the peak flexibility poses of the day. Each class will have a specific focus which may include front splits, side or straddle splits, backbends, standing balance poses, partner shapes and arm balances. Various options will be given to accommodate all students. Feel free to contact Ashley here if you have questions or concerns.

Be sure to dress in stretchy layers for movement. Yoga mats and blankets are available at the studio though if you have your own mat please bring it! Bring a reusable water bottle, knee pads, and a notebook!
