3 Week Flexibility Series at Datura

This three-week flexibility series is open to all levels and abilities. Designed to help you earn greater freedom in your body through a balanced training program, each class will begin with a thorough warm-up and will proceed through a series of drills to improve hip and shoulder health and mobility and will then move on to exercises to help you deepen front splits, side splits and healthy backbends. Mats and blankets are provided by the studio. Please bring socks and two yoga blocks. Wear athletic clothing and layers for warming and cooling for your comfort.
